Tube bending and bending technology

Tube bending and bending technology

In addition to the production of high-performance finned tubes and efficient heat exchangers, we also offer plain tubes and their further processing. We manufacture a broad portfolio of elongated tubes and bent parts of various geometries in the plain tube area. In its 170 year history, Schmöle has acquired extensive know-how about a wide variety of materials such as copper, copper, nickel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and many more. In order to bring this know-how to the market, Schmöle continuously invests in its machine park to meet customer requirements. In the field of bending technology, Schmöle has state-of-the-art CNC tube bending machines.

Schmöle is specialized in bending meanders, U-tubes and hairpins, which are used in heat exchangers and condensers. Thanks to our extensive know-how in the field of CNC-controlled (Computer Numerical Control) bending technology, Schmöle is also able to realize very complex geometries with precision. In addition to bending technology, Schmöle can offer further processing, such as sawing, deburring, forming ends, soldering, welding and surface treatment right through to complete assemblies.
